Limited Warranty Terms

Your peace of mind is important to us. That's why all AquivaCoast products come with a limited 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What is Covered

  • Glass Panels: Our glass panels are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including issues with discoloration or clarity.
  • Hardware: All hardware components, such as handles, hinges, and brackets, are covered against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Seals and Gaskets: We guarantee that all seals and gaskets will function properly and maintain their integrity under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered

  • Installation Issues: We cannot cover problems caused by incorrect installation or any modifications made by individuals not certified to work on our products.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not extend to the natural wear and tear that occurs over time, such as minor scratches, chips, or other cosmetic changes.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered.
  • Commercial Use: This warranty applies only to residential installations; products used in commercial settings are not covered.
  • Improper Maintenance: Issues arising from inadequate cleaning, maintenance, or the use of harsh or unsuitable cleaning products are excluded from this warranty.

Initiating a Warranty Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim during the warranty period, follow these steps:

Provide details: Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your contact information (phone number and shipping address)
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt showing the purchase date and product model number)
  • Clear photos showing the problem with the product

Assessment: Our team will review your information and determine the best way to resolve the issue.

Important: Please keep the original product packaging or similar protective packaging in case you need to return or exchange the product.

Remedies

What We Cover

In the event of a verified hardware defect, AquivaCoast will, at its discretion, repair the defective part or replace the entire product. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished to meet our quality standards. Please note that any defective components will be retained by AquivaCoast.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by AquivaCoast. No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular

purpose, are applicable. AquivaCoast's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall AquivaCoast be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
