Limited Warranty Terms

Your peace of mind is important to us. That's why all AquivaCoast products come with a limited 10-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

  • Glass Components: Protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including breakage due to internal defects, abnormal discoloration, or loss of clarity under normal residential use.
  • Hardware Components: (hinges, handles, brackets, rollers, support bars, etc.)Covered under a 10-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Seals, Gaskets & Vinyl/Rubber Components: Covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
    Note: Wear-and-tear issues such as discoloration, hardening, and deformation due to regular water exposure are not considered defects.

What is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only (non-transferable), and only for products installed in the original residential location. Coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper installation, installation by unqualified personnel, or any modifications to the product.
  • Accidents, impacts, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance, including use of abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, acidic or alkaline cleaners, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, wax, or scouring materials.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, water spots, mineral buildup, metal finish aging, or seal/vinyl deterioration due to regular use.
  • Environmental factors, including hard-water deposits, chemical exposure, or corrosion from water quality beyond normal residential standards.
  • Damage occurring during transportation or delivery not reported at the time of receipt.
  • Use in commercial locations or non-residential settings.

Remedies

Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, AquivaCoast will, at its sole discretion, choose ONE of the following remedies:

(1) Repair or replace the defective part(s) or product(s) at AquivaCoast’s cost,

OR

(2) Issue a credit that can be applied toward the purchase of a new AquivaCoast product.

AquivaCoast alone determines which remedy applies.

Labor for removal, reinstallation, or adjustments is not covered.
Shipping costs associated with warranty claims may not be covered unless required by law.
AquivaCoast is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, the original purchaser must email support@aquivacoast.com with:

  • Name, contact information, shipping address
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt with purchase date and product model number)
  • Clear photos (or video) showing the defect/problem
  • Description of the problem and product model / serial number (if applicable)

AquivaCoast will review the claim and determine whether it qualifies for coverage under this Limited Warranty.

Legal Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by AquivaCoast.

All other warranties—express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose)—are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages.
If these laws apply, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state.

Changes to Warranty Policy

AquivaCoast reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this warranty at any time.
Any changes apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the revised policy.
