Please notify us of any damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through our Contact Page. If you notice any damage when the delivery driver is present, please refuse the delivery or record the damage on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the shipment with the driver present but see damage to the boxes, please report it to us with photos of the original boxes before opening. This helps us understand how the damage occurred.
