Please notify us of any damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through our Contact Page. If you notice any damage when the delivery driver is present, please refuse the delivery or record the damage on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the shipment with the driver present but see damage to the boxes, please report it to us with photos of the original boxes before opening. This helps us understand how the damage occurred.
Our processes and materials are carefully designed with heavy-duty and weather-resistant packaging to minimize damage during storage and shipping. Damage is extremely rare, and most orders arrive in perfect condition. Should you find any damage to a product or part, we will promptly send you a replacement free of charge.
